Land, Docks & Boats

The site lies at the head of Windham Bay and includes 210 feet of well-protected deep-water dock, plus a 50’ x 24’ work dock. All structures are connected by new boardwalks. There is also a 400 square foot lodge observation deck.

At low, low tide the depth at the dock’s outboard edge is over 26 feet.

In addition there are recreational boats, including canoes, inflatible and runabout.

The lodge and cabins were built in the early 1990’s, and for a period the property operated as a commercial fishing lodge.
